Privacy policy
This text is under legal review and may be adjusted.
1. Who we are
Nekuro Tech is the controller of the data described here. For any privacy matter, write to contato@nekurotech.com.
2. Data we collect through the contact form
When you use the “Talk to us” panel, we receive what you fill in:
- email and/or phone (at least one, so we can reply);
- name and a sentence about your problem (optional) and the chosen topic, if any;
- technical data of the submission: language and page you were on, where the visit came from (referrer and campaign parameters such as utm_source), date and time, and a code derived from your IP address (never the IP itself), used only to fight abuse.
3. What we use it for
We do not sell your contact details or share them for third-party marketing. We only get in touch because of your message.
- replying to your message and understanding your problem — the main purpose;
- protecting the form from spam and abuse (security check and submission limits);
- knowing where conversations come from, to improve the site.
4. Legal basis (LGPD art. 7)
We process this data to handle your request (preliminary steps toward a possible contract, item V), with your consent when you submit the form (item I) and, for security and metrics, on our legitimate interest (item IX). For visitors in Japan, we state the purposes above in line with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
5. Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile)
When you open the contact panel, we load Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare may process technical information from your browser and your IP for this, under its own privacy policy. Nothing from it is loaded before you open the panel.
6. Where the data lives and who processes it
Some of these providers operate outside your country; we choose providers with appropriate contractual safeguards.
- storage: Google Cloud Firestore (Google), accessed only by our server;
- email alert to our team: Resend;
- anti-bot check: Cloudflare;
- site hosting: Firebase Hosting (Google); API and metrics: Nekuro Tech’s own servers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep form messages for up to 24 months; after that they are deleted automatically. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.
8. Usage metrics (no cookies)
We measure site usage with Umami, installed on our own server. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP and does not identify you. We record only anonymous events: pages viewed, how far the page was scrolled, sections seen, buttons clicked, and whether the contact panel was opened, started, sent or closed — never what you typed. These metrics exist to improve the site. If you prefer not to be counted, visit the site with ?notrack=1 in the address; your browser will then ignore the metrics.
9. Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We keep only local preferences in your browser (such as the chosen language) and temporary visit data (such as where you came from), which never leave your device unless you submit the form.
10. WhatsApp
The WhatsApp buttons open a WhatsApp chat with a ready-made message. From there, processing follows WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
11. Your rights
You may ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of your data and information about sharing, and withdraw consent where processing depends on it. For visitors in Japan, you may also request disclosure, correction and cessation of use under the APPI. Write to contato@nekurotech.com; we reply as soon as we can. You may also contact Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).
12. Changes to this policy
If anything about our data handling changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
